I am so lucky to receive amazing massage from the one and only Zeke. Sometimes I feel pain the next day because he breaks down a great deal of built-up lactic acid in my muscles. (I know I need to have massage more regularly--when I do, the post-massage effects are not as severe.) Zeke gives a truly therapeutic (healing) massage, versus some frou-frou spa treatment (sea rub, seaweed wrap, etc.). (He can probably do that, too, but that's not what I want and need!)

Zeke gets 5 stars from me because his work noticeably loosens me up and helps my mobility for at least a few days afterward. I have a very bad back and a physically demanding job (that makes it worse,) so I really notice and value a more mobile torso. I treasure the effects his massages have on me. (Thank you, Zeke!)

This was hands down the best massage I have ever had! In 6 years of twice monthly massages by good folks, I have never had the experience I had with Zeke. He moved my body in ways I've never been moved before. From head to toe, his knowledge of yoga and spiritual practice emerge in subtle and powerful.. really powerful ways. Sweet and gentle he asked me to move into postions that I have never expereinced before, was creative, and intimate, and real, and engaging and the singular best experience I have had on a massage table - perhaps off the table too! He just gets it... the power of touch and the body and movement... He just gets it. And although I am on the road, traveling for a month now, I would fly back to the SW to experience the massage Zeke gave me...and wish I could have bodywork like that back in the Midwest all the time.
